Acceptance of enrollment is subject to the availability of places and is considered finalized, and therefore a concluded contract, only upon confirmation-via e-mail, telephone-by Scualo of World Languages.
Registration is concluded only when one of the packages offered is booked. The contract is binding only when payment is credited to the account of World Languages.
Lessons are arranged individually between the teacher and the student. A lesson lasts 60 minutes.
Agreed lessons must be cancelled 24 hours before the start of the lesson if they cannot be attended, otherwise they will be recorded as lessons held.
Lessons cancelled by the teacher will of course be made up.
Lessons purchased cannot be refunded. However, it is possible to take a break, limited to a maximum of 24 months. During these 24 months, lessons not taken do not expire, while after the 24 months the credit expires. The 24 months are calculated from the day the lessons are booked.
The teacher decides, in consultation with the student, which platform to use for lessons (Google Meet, Facetime, Skype, etc.). It is also possible to use multiple online platforms.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure that the Internet connection is stable enough to guarantee stable lessons.
If desired and if it is possible, classes can be held in person. The student is responsible for traveling to the lecture venue at his or her own expense.
Lingue Mondiali assumes no liability for damages of any kind related to classes, whether online or in-person classes.
The course participant is required to report, in the form of a written complaint, any discrepancies and deficiencies in the program, as well as any problems in its implementation, as soon as they arise. Lingue Mondiali is committed to finding an appropriate and prompt solution.
